1001 Remedies Sleep Well Ritual

A good night sleep is something that we all need and in some cases want because, in today's hectic world, most of us don't fall asleep easily or suffer from insomnia due to busy work schedules or just busy life in general. I, for some time now, have been having difficulty to sleep well because of baby duties and work etc. and I wake up even more tired and just don't feel like doing anything if I'm honest. I think we can all agree that if one doesn't sleep well, it would affect mood, work and sometimes even health. 

I was well stressed a few years back because I was struggling with being a new mum, and my busy work schedules didn't exactly help either so I couldn't sleep and even if I did fall asleep I'd wake up very often during the night for no reason at all, and it really affected my mood, my temper and I even felt depressed at some point and that was when I realised that things needed to change so, I started taking natural herbs that would help with relaxation, herbal teas and other vitamins just for general health. I also started doing yoga, meditation and other exercises and that made me feel much more energised and ready for my day. I now eat healthy as well, a lot more greens, fruits and nuts instead of junk food and honestly, I've never felt better. Sometimes, I would go for a walk after dinner and have a relaxing bath before bed with essential oils and that really helped in terms of falling asleep quickly. 

I have also been enjoying the sleep well ritual by 1001 Remedies which consists of 2 products: Aromatherapy PurAir Purifying Room Spray and Good Night Sleep Relaxing Balm. The Good Night Sleep Relaxing Balm is an aromatherapy balm that's made with 10 different organic oils including St. Johns Wort oil-melissa-neroli which helps to deeply relax and sleep well during the night. I love that it has a super smooth texture, it smells amazing, and the fact that it's in a balm form but most importantly, it helps to wind down and puts me in a relaxing mood. 

If you struggle with a good night sleep, try to do what I've been doing ie. yoga and meditation in the morning even just 10 minutes, eat healthy food, take a bath before going to bed to relax your body and mind and perhaps trying the Sleep Well Ritual by 1001 Remedies. It's very easy to cooperate these 2 products into your nighttime routine. All you have to do is spray PurAir on your pillowcase before taking a bath so that the relaxing scent can develop well, and after the bath, you can apply the balm on your pressure points like your wrist, chest to further relax.
