Cinnamon Jones Skincare

Tuesday, 26 June 2018

There's just something about skincare that's made by hand in small batches as it's genuine, natural and shows the passion of the person who's behind it. I was lucky to be sent 4 products by Cinnamon Jones who blends all the products by hand with all natural ingredients and after 3 weeks of trying, I'm pretty obsessed with them, especially the Lip Scrub and Body Oil

The lip scrub smells like cinnamon and it's rich, it's effective and it's affordable. This is way better than some of the high-end lip care brands I've tried in the past. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good natural lip scrub. It reminds me of the LUSH one which is one of my all-time faves but with a fraction of the price of course. (€4)

The body oil is made with Jojoba, Macadamia and Vitamin E oil with a hint of Peppermint and Vanilla. It's so refreshing for this time of the year and it's light yet nourishing on the skin. I love the gorgeous golden colour as well and it retails for €12 which is a total bargain for such a nice product.

I'm also enjoying the Face Oil at the moment as it's light, absorbs fast and feels smooth on the skin. It has Sweet Almond Oil, Apricot Seed Oil, Rosehip Seed Oil, Vitamin E and Palmarosa to deep nourish the skin and smooth out fine lines. It has this light somewhat candy scent to it which is very pleasant and it's suitable for sensitive skin. It retails for €9.50.

Last but not least is the good old Shea butter based body butter. Shea butter is well known for its nourishing property and Cinnamon Jones also added some soothing essential oils and other plant-based nourishing oils for that super hydrating effect. I normally just apply body oil after my shower but if I really want that supermodel glow, I'd apply this after. It just gives the most gorgeous glow to my skin the natural way of course which is something I much prefer. It retails for €9.50.

I give 5 out of 5 for the products and even though the packaging isn't as luxe, it's what's inside that counts. Am I right?
